Abuja (Precise Post) – The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it recorded 118 new cases of #COVID-19 on Tuesday from fourteen states in Nigeria.
These states and their number of cases are: Lagos-41; Rivers-19; Osun-17;
Nasarawa-13; Kaduna and Anambra-5 each.
Others are Edo, Ogun, Kwara and Ondo-3 each; Katsina and Niger-2 each and
Plateau and Akwa Ibom-1 each.
According to the report released by the NCDC via it’s twitter handle, these fresh infections brought total confirmed cases to 59,583.
The health. agency further said that 51,308 patients have been treated and discharged after their tests returned negative while 1,113 lives have been lost to COVID-19 related complications since the index case on February 27, 2020.
