COVID-19 Update: NCDC Confirms 1,544 New Cases in Nigeria

Abuja (Precise Post) – The latest from the Centre for Disease Control has it that 1,544 fresh cases of COVID-19 were confirmed on Friday.

The report released via it’s twitter handle stated that the total have risen to 97,478 out of which 78,552 patients have been discharged from across the various isolation centres in Nigeria.

The health agency further informed that the were reported from 21 states including the FCT as stated below:

The report added that 1,342 lives have been lost to COVID-19 related complications since the was recorded in Nigeria on the 27th of February, 2020.
