Re-elected FA Chairman Alhaji Mouktar Mohammed is elated and humbled as he got reelected as the FA Chairman of FCT.

“I am humbled and I am thankful. I will do my best to redouble my efforts. Starting to see if we could get an FCT team makes it to NPFL.
We are smart, innovative and dynamic. There are a lot of facilities around the FCT area councils that football grassroots development are taking place in various areas councils. We have kept our promises.
We need to keep the human capital development ongoing. The coaches, referees, administrators, We need to keep them, trained and re-retrained . We need to do more in the facilities and see that other area councils getting better playing facilities.
We need the players to have the opportunities from the grassroot to the top. So we need all the leagues to be ongoing, to the FA Cup and various competitions. We need all the stakeholders to be committed to football development and make sure that football keeps on breathing. That is our three cardinal points. He concluded’.
