Abuja (Precise Post) – The name Kunle Soname has been ringing bells for ages now in Nigeria and beyond.
The football administrator who owns Remo Stars Sports club as well as Bet9ja and many investments is a known philantroptist with many parts.
The Ogun born administrator who loves developing sports (Football) especially with passion have so many dreams to conquer in his quest to bring Ogun state to the world map. His club Remo stars is known to have developed budding Talents.
His passion for football made him one of prestigious betting company in Nigeria, Bet9ja where numerous Nigerians earn a living. He is currently working on training young players within age brackets fourteen and fifteen for a long term project for exportion to various European countries.
He revealed his plans during a courtesy call to the office of the Hon Minister of Youths and Sports, Mr Sunday Dare.
“We have everything you can find in a European Academy. We have four Standard Pitches, 108 accommodation for players, 30 rooms for coaches and 10 rooms for Scouts.
“We are bringing in four coaches from Portugal and add our local coaches to them. It’s a four year program, by this time these lads should be ready.
“Once this project is fully ready, we hope to invite the Hon Minister of Sports to help commission before next summer.”
“We are collaborating with the Portuguese Football Federation to send us coaches, nutritionists and physiotherapists.”
Kunle Soname is a Nigerian politician, entrepreneur, sport enthusiast and the chairman of Bet9ja, a betting website he founded in 2013. He is also the first Nigerian to acquire a European club C.D. Feirense which he bought in 2015.
Could we say the man Hon Kunle Soname is a personality one could wish for football president, to revive the game in Nigeria?
