The National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) has said that there will be no more High National Diploma (HND) Computer Science in Polytechnics and Monotechnics in Nigeria.
Precise Post recalls that the NBTE unbundled HND Computer Science Programme into 4 specializations:
HND Artificial Intelligence
HND Network & Cloud Computing
HND Software & Web Development
HND Cybersecurity & Data Protection
Consequently, no more admission into the HND Computer Science Programme from the 2024/25 academic session.
