Abuja (Precise Post) – Senior Adewale Giwa of Awaiting The Second Coming Of Jesus Christ Ministry, on Monday said only God can reward President Muhammadu Buhari for deliberately allowing to kill thousands of Nigerians over the years without bringing them to book.

Giwa made the remark while commending the President of Chad, Idriss Deby for leading the troops that captured ’s arm store in Sambisa.

A statement signed and sent to DAILY POST by the clergyman said that Deby has demonstrated good leadership skills that Nigerians would not forget in a hurry.

The Chadian president was said to have led his country’s troop that captured the arms store on Saturday, during the offensive against the insurgents.

Deby was reported to have led the operation which lasted for hours.

However, Giwa while praying for the president and his troops to succeed in the operation ahead, said: “Nigerians won’t forget what Chad President and his people have done.

“They took us by surprise and decided to sacrifice themselves for millions of Nigerians and their people.

“Leadership requires excellence of character which President Idriss Deby has demonstrated, I think Nigerian leaders can learn a lesson from this.
“I pray the Lord guides and leads them to destroy these evil groups some unscrupulous politicians in Nigeria have been sponsoring for years.

“It is now obvious that our leaders in Nigeria deliberately allowed these groups to operate for a long time.
“It takes a few hours for Chad troops to crush and locate Boko Haram’s arm store, this is wonderful!

“It is only God that can reward President Buhari for deliberately allowing Boko Haram to kill thousands of Nigerians over the years without bringing them to book.

“May God bless President Deby, may God bless the Chad republic and may God bless the people of Nigeria.”
