ABUJA (PRECISE POST) – The Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate in the February 25, 2023 general election, Peter Obi has made a visit to Katsina state, to extend his heartfelt condolences to the state Governor Dikko Umaru Radda following the passing of his beloved mother, Hajiya Safara’u Umaru Barbari.
Obi, who took to his X account to intimate of the visit, highlifhted that the loss of a loved one, particularly a mother, is a profound sorrow, and he expressed deep sympathy for the grief Governor Radda and his family are enduring.
The two-term governor of Anambra during the visit, offered prayers and words of comfort in an effort to support the governor and his family through this difficult time.
Expressing solidarity, Peter Obi assured the governor and the extended Barbari family of continued support as they mourn.
In a heartfelt prayer, Obi asked the Almighty Allah to forgive Hajiya Safara’u Umaru Barbari’s sins and grant her eternal peace, while wishing Governor Radda and his family the strength to endure this painful loss with dignity and resilience.
