ABUJA (PRECISE POST) – The President of the Senate, Godswill Obot Akpabio, has directed all Distinguished Senators to reconvene for plenary session on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
According to a notice issued by the Clerk of the Senate, Emmanuel Odo, the session will commence at 11:00 a.m. in the Senate Chamber.
The announcement urged all senators to adjust their schedules to ensure full attendance, noting that crucial decisions on national issues are expected to be taken during the sitting.
The Clerk emphasized the importance of the session and called on lawmakers to be present promptly as the Senate resumes its legislative duties.
