KADUNA- The Commissioner of Police, Kaduna State Command, Ibrahim Abdullahi, on Wednesday hosted the heads of security agencies in the state to enhance Inter-Agency collaboration .
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the security agencies included the Military, DSS, NSCDC, FRSC and NDLEA , among others.
Abdullahi said the meeting was to strengthen security collaboration, with the heads of all the security agencies operating within the state.
He said, “This strategic gathering is also aimed at fostering enhanced cooperation and alignment amongst the various agencies responsible for ensuring public safety and security.”
Abubakar said that the issues discussed were the current security dynamics within the state, as well as preparatory measures for the upcoming swearing-in ceremony of the Chairmen-elect in the sgate.
The commissioner emphasised the importance of coordinated efforts to address the unique security challenges faced by the state.
He also acknowledged that close collaboration and real-time communication among the security agencies were crucial for effective crisis response and crime prevention.
Abubakar said, ” Each security head in attendance shared insights and proposed actionable steps to further streamline inter-agency operations, promoting a unified approach to maintaining peace and order. ” (NAN)(
