Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has called out a pastor simply identified as Chris over an alleged N25 million debt. Sharing a photo of the clergyman on her Instagram page, Ogala claimed that a client gave the pastor N35 million to give to her but he told her the person only paid N15 million, giving her N10 million. She said she thought the client was still owing her until she later discovered that the client paid in full. The movie star alleged that when she demanded for her balance, the pastor started threatening and blackmailing her. She wrote, “This man stole my money. Someone gave him 35 million of my hard earned money to give to me. Pastor dies separating fight between couple

By Ikechukwu Iweajunwa Owerri – The police command in Imo has confirmed the death of a senior Pastor in Owerri, Thompson Onyekwuru, while trying to separate a fight between a couple in the state. The police confirmed the incident in a statement on Monday by the command’s spokesperson, SP Mike Abattam. Abattam said that the incident occurred at Umukoto Nekede in Owerri adding that Onyekwuru was a pastor with the Redeem Christian Church of God (RCCG) in the state. The police said that Onyekwuru, 62, was trying to prevent Obumneke Onyemechileuzo from stabbing his wife, Ogechi Onyemechileuzo, during a fight between the couple, before he was allegedly killed. Teacher Sentenced to Life Imprisonment for Raping Pastor’s 10 Year Old Daughter

Akure (Precise Post) – A teacher, Omotayo Adanlawo, has been sentenced to life imprisonment for raping and impregnating the 10-year-old daughter of the General Overseer of his church. Adanlawo was jailed by an Ondo State High Court sitting in Akure presided over by Justice Samuel Bola. Justice Bola said Adanlawo did not give convincing evidence and testimony to prove his innocence. The trial judge said the victim was a “witness of truth” because of the courage and precision in her testimony. Adanlawo was said to have committed the offence at the victim’s house at Iju while she was alone and defiled her with a warning not to tell anyone else she would die. The bubble burst when the victim could not walk properly and doctor’s examination revealed that she had been raped. The victim was said to have revealed that it was her father’s spiritual son that was responsible for the rape.
