Abuja (Precise Post) – The former minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has provided statistics of number of killings and kidnapping that took place just within the week in Nigeria due to the activities of terrorists and gunmen.
Fani-Kayode who disclosed this via his twitter handle said that 6 people were killed in Ekiti on April 20th; 40 kidnapped at Greenfield University, Kaduna on April 21st and another 18 kidnapped in Oyo on April 22nd.
According to him, on April 22nd, 45 persons were killed in Zamfara and another 83 killed in same state the next day – (April 23rd) and 3 killed from Greenfield University, Kaduna yesterday, April 24th.
Precise Post recalls that insecurity in Nigeria is taking a dangerous dimension as hardly does any day passes without reported case of abduction and kidnapping.
