ABUJA (PRECISE POST)  –  Former Kano State Governor and chieftain of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, has reiterated the party’s commitment to purposeful leadership, improved security, quality education, accessible healthcare and economic opportunities for Nigerians.

Kwankwaso stated this on Thursday in a post on his X handle after joining the party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, and other leaders at town hall meetings in Akwanga, Nasarawa State, and Enugu State.

He said the engagements provided an opportunity for the party’s leaders to listen to the concerns of Nigerians and reaffirm their commitment to building a country that works for everyone.

According to him, Nigeria needs purposeful leadership and practical solutions to its security, education, healthcare and economic challenges to restore public confidence and improve citizens’ welfare.

“Our engagements reaffirmed the need for purposeful leadership, security, quality education, accessible healthcare, and economic opportunities for all Nigerians,” Kwankwaso said.

He added that the party remained committed to addressing the concerns of the people and pursuing a vision of national development that would benefit all Nigerians.

Kwankwaso also called for unity, discipline and a clear national vision, describing them as essential ingredients for restoring hope and building a prosperous nation.
“Together, with unity, discipline, and a clear vision, we can restore hope and build a more prosperous nation,” he said.
