Abuja (Precise Post) – Senate has announced the postponement of National Assembly special hearing on Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) in Nigeria, earlier billed for Wednesday, July 8, 2020.
The announcement was contained in statement signed by the Special Adviser, Media and Publicity to Deputy President of the Senate, Yomi Odunuga.
According to the statement, the postponement is due to unforseen circumstances.
A new date will be communicated to stakeholders.
The Senate regrets the inconvenience this may have caused.
