Celebrity nightlife mogul Pascal Okechukwu, better known as Cubana Chiefpriest, is winning praise after showing off a major road project he personally funded in Owerri, Imo State.
The socialite took to Instagram to share videos of the freshly constructed road in Area H, New Owerri, proudly revealing that he owns the only house on the street yet chose to pave it for the entire community.
“Only a man who uses his wealth to benefit others is truly a man,” Chiefpriest declared, challenging his millions of followers: “What have you built in your hometown?”
Clad in his signature luxury style, the nightlife king—who affectionately calls himself “Iheabata 1 of Owerri”—added the viral hashtag #CPisNotSmall, reminding fans that real wealth shows in community impact, not just personal luxury.
In the clips, heavy machinery could be seen compressing gravel as workers prepared the road for asphalt. Chiefpriest noted that even those who haven’t received his direct help will “feel his wealth” when they drive on the new road.
The businessman also teased another project: a new mansion in Owerri, inspired by the modern designs he admires in Lagos.
“Lagos might be sweet, but it can never be sweeter than home. Go back and build your city,” he urged young Nigerians.
Chiefpriest’s hometown love isn’t new. During his last birthday, he hosted a carnival-like celebration in Owerri, distributing food and gifts to locals.
While he continues to face personal drama—including a public paternity dispute—fans online are focusing on his community development, applauding the nightlife boss for putting his money where his heart is.
