Jonathan Arrives Gambia for Confidence-building role in Ongoing Constitutional Review

Abuja (Precise Post) – ’s Goodluck Jonathan yesterday arrived Banjul, Gambia to play a role in the confidence-building process and to support the ongoing constitutional review efforts in the country.

Jonathan who announced his arrival on his facebook page, thanked the Attorney General and of Justice, Dawda A. Jallow, of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Mamadu Tangara and other key officials of the Government of The Gambia, for their goodwill and warm reception.

The statement reads:

“I arrived in Banjul this evening to support the ongoing constitutional review efforts in The Gambia. I am pleased to have been invited to play a role in the confidence-building process. I thank the Attorney General and of Justice, Dawda A. Jallow, of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Mamadu Tangara and other key officials of the Government of The Gambia, for their goodwill and warm .
