Just In: Appeal Court sacks last PDP member from Plateau assembly

The Abuja division of the Court of Appeal dismissed Hon. Cornelius Doeyok, the only member of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) remaining in the Plateau State House of Assembly, from the Quaanpan South Constituency on Wednesday.

The court in yet another, unanimous lead judgement, declared Theodore Bala Maiyaki, of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the winner of the March 18, 2023, general election.
