Birnin Kebbi (Precise Post) – Governor Nasir Idris of Kebbi State has approved the immediate suspension of the Commissioner for Health, Yanusa Musa isma’il.
The decision follows the Governor’s directive for the Commissioner to provide satisfactory justification against allegations of negligence of duty and disregard for his official mandate.
By this directive, the Commissioner stands suspended from office until further notice.
Governor Idris reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to accountability, discipline, and efficient service delivery across all sectors, emphasizing that public officers must justify the trust reposed in them.
