Washington (Precise Post) – United States President-elect, Donald Trump has said that members of Congress are taking swift action on a powerful new bill that promises to reshape America’s future.
In a statement released on his X account handle today, Trump outlined his vision for legislative reforms aimed at securing the nation’s borders, revitalizing the economy, and renewing tax policies to benefit American workers.
According to him, key proposals within the bill include securing the U.S. border, unleashing American energy resources, and renewing the historic Trump Tax Cuts— the largest tax reduction in U.S. history.
However, Trump emphasized that the new version of the tax cuts would be even more beneficial by eliminating taxes on tips, a move aimed at directly helping service industry workers.
The bill also proposes increasing tariffs on countries that have taken advantage of the U.S. in past trade deals.
Trump urged Republicans to unite and act quickly to deliver these historic victories, calling for a swift passage to ensure the bill reaches his desk for signing.
“This is our chance to make America greater than ever before,” Trump declared. “We need to secure our borders, unleash our energy potential, and ensure our tax policies support hardworking Americans. Let’s get it done now and make America great again!” he added.
